WASCAL

WASCAL (Centre de services scientifiques ouest-africains sur le changement climatique et l’utilisation adaptée des terres) est un centre de services climatiques à grande échelle axé sur la recherche, conçu pour aider à relever ce défi et ainsi améliorer la résilience des systèmes humains et environnementaux au changement climatique et à une variabilité accrue. Pour ce faire, il renforce l’infrastructure et les capacités de recherche en Afrique de l’Ouest.

RUFORUM

The Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM), established by ten Vice Chancellors in 2004, is a consortium of 66 African universities operating within 26 countries spanning the African continent. RUFORUM is coordinated by a Secretariat hosted by Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda. The organisation evolved from its predecessor, the Forum on Agricultural Resource Husbandry (FORUM) program of the Rockefeller Foundation.

AKADEMIYA

AKADEMIYA2063 is a not-for-profit research organisation based in Africa, with headquarters in Kigali, Rwanda, and a regional office in Dakar, Senegal. Its mission is to support African countries by providing data, policy analysis and capacity building to help them achieve the goals of the African Union’s Agenda 2063 for inclusive and sustainable development and economic prosperity.
